Our Project: Celebrating Every Ability. Empowering Every Journey.

The HUB 360 is a future-centered nonprofit day activity program serving adults 18 and older with diverse abilities. Our mission is to create a safe, enriching, and empowering environment where individuals can grow socially, emotionally, creatively, and independently—while also providing families with hope and peace of mind.

This will be a Monday–Friday day program, designed as a home away from home, where adults with diverse abilities are not only cared for—but celebrated.

We are inviting local and national businesses to partner with us in building this space. Through room sponsorships and program partnerships, businesses can leave a lasting legacy while directly impacting lives in our community.
